Welcome to the ASTR 2009 Working Sessions Wiki. You can participate in this wiki by viewing the papers and adding discussions regarding the papers.
Each group (example: Group 1, Group 2, etc) consists of 5 papers. At the links on the LEFT, the groups are labeled followed by the playwrights' names.
To view a Group, please click on the appropriate Group name.
To view a critical statement, please click on the appropriate playwright's name.
To Take Part in Discussions:
Once you are ready to add your comments to your group, enter the Group (1,2,3) on the LEFT column. All five play titles, names of playwrights, and photos are on these pages. At the TOP of the page hit the DISCUSSION button. Full details on this are in the diagram and text below.

On a discussion page, you can start a new topic or you can participate in an existing one. For each discussion topic, you can see its author, how many people have viewed or replied to the message, and when the last reply took place.
Step 1 - Enter the discussion page
To go to the discussion page, click on the "discussion" tab at the top of the specific Group Page (Example: Group 1)
STEP 2 - You can either POST a new discussion or RESPOND to a previous discussion topic
2 a - To post a new discussion topic:
1. Make sure you are in the DISCUSSION page. Please remember to post discussions related to a Group (and not on individual papers)
2. Put in a subject and begin composing your message.
3. Click "Post" when you are finished with your message.
2 b - To respond to a previous discussion topic:
1. Click on the topic on the discussion page.
2. Write your reply message.
3. Click "Post" when you are finished.
Sort discussion posts:
You can sort discussion topics based on Subject, Author, Replies, Views, or the Last Message Posted. To do so, go to your "discussion" tab. At the top of the current discussions, there will be the five headings. Click on one and the messages will be sorted appropriately.
Search within Discussions:
You can also search for keywords of a discussion. Each discussion area has its own keyword search filter which allows you to search through previous discussion topics for specific words or phrases. Enter your search word(s) and press Enter.
